Founded & Managed by Mark VanDellen | Executive Coach

Mark has 15+ years of experience leading and developing teams, as well as, effectively coaching individuals in all facets of life.  Mark’s experience includes individual, group, and family coaching; leadership development and team building; writing and public speaking, as well as, non-profit leadership.  

Mark’s main focus is helping businesses and individuals develop, identifying key barriers to growth, and investing in leadership development.  Mark has experience working in a hands-on setting within small businesses and providing high-level leadership training in global organizations. 

In addition to  starting MVD Coaching, Mark maintains several strategic partnerships like Davenport University’s Institute for Professional Excellence, AG Collaborative, Real Retention, and Level Ten Consulting Group. He has a BA in English from Grand Valley State University and a master’s in leadership from Liberty University. Mark has completed additional training with Coachnet Global and The Empowerment Coaching Network to become a Certified Professional Coach. He is a contributing member of the Forbes Coaches Council and is DISC and EQ certified.

Jamie Kahnoski | HR Ninja & Coach

Jamie has over 15 years of management experience in operations, marketing and human resources with a focus on linking people to performance and vision. 

Jamie brings a “roll up your sleeves” approach to goal achievement, team cohesion, problem resolution, and profit generation.  Jamie's superpower is managing both people and process with high regard for performance processes, policy, and procedure initiatives all while providing bottom line cost effectiveness. 

Jamie is a business owner, consultant, and certified coach who has experience in navigating family business, white collar board rooms, and blue collar workforce.  She earned a Bachelor’s of Business Administration with an Advertising emphasis from Western Michigan University and a Master’s Degree in Human Resources from Davenport University.  She is a LEAN Six Sigma Yellow Belt, a Certified Quickbooks Advisor and Interim/Offsite client bookkeeper, and a Certified Coach.
